BURTON GOES BACK TO THE US SATISFIED WITH MEXICO CITY’S CIRCUIT
For a second consecutive day NASCAR Busch Series driver Jeff Burton, tested the Autódromo Hnos. Rodríguez, where he made his lowest lap time to 1 minute 28 seconds flat and managing a top speed of 159 mph.
Burton along with the car registered under the number 21, took a spin on the circuit to seek the most appropriate setting, for this they had to change suspension along with several other parts, but at the “eses” the car was a bit loose so he had to use both of his testing cars on this day of training.
On the other hand Busch Series director Joe Balash, pointed out the importance of this testing, Burton being the only driver on the track, will hand out all the track and car setting information to the rest of the teams on the series to have a base to work upon their cars during their visit to Mexico.
