The three times champion Rafael Martínez said “its a very important step in my career though ill be in the DAVIS MOTORSPORT team, which is one of the most distinguished of these series and always has a great performance with its drivers, also all the technical staff will work for me only, since no other driver is coming, so there will be a great communication with them and they will dedicate a 100 percent to me and my car”.

Martínez affirmed “I’ve got lots of faith in god that we will make a good performance though I wont be having any practice previous to march 5, I feel confident about my capacity for this chance and I think we can push it forward, since lots of people like my team Director José Rivera have given it a lot of effort to it and who has also given me the opportunity to obtain three times the Mustang championship”.

Rafael also said “ we don’t have a sponsor for now but we have the seat paid for anyone interested on participating in this project and we will be grateful”
